It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and air conditioning in all rooms.
It also has a bright and luxuriously appointed living room with a TV with internatinal channes, DVD Player and Home Cinema, opening onto large terraces at both sides.
Located in a calm residential neighborhood, this property has a private 12 by 6 meters wide swimming pool as well as a big exotic garden.
At the back of the house, you have plenty of parking space and stunning views over the vineyards of Domaine de la Bouverie.
You can walk into the vineyards in less than 2 minutes.
The bakeries, grocery shop, 2 bars/restaurants, drugstore, etc. are located at 1 kilometer of the house.
You will find many supermarkets (Carrefour, Intermarché, Lidl, …) within a 10 minutes driving distance.
