To help our guests out by allowing them to plan their holidays and book without concerns during this uncertain period…
We offer a full refund in the following cases:
- A new lockdown takes place and makes it impossible for you to stay in one of our properties.
- You are legally unable to travel and cross borders (international/national/regional)
- You have contracted Covid19 (and can prove it with a medical document) and need to go to the hospital or respect a quarantine which makes it impossible to travel.

We will be more than happy to help you!
We provide bedlinnen and towels. These are charged as an extra of 7,50€ per person.
You do not need to bring anything with you and we will take care of washing it after you leave.
In order to be able to block the booking’s dates for you, we ask for a 30% payment.
We will send you a detailed invoice with the dates of the next payments :
– 40% two months before your arrival
– 30% one month before your arrival
In case of cancelation, we do not refund the payments that have already been made.. except for exceptional reasons related to the Covid19 sanitary crisis.
Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with this kind of propositions and do not want to have any more of them.
We want to provide all guests with a clean and comfortable property.
For this reason, cleaning is always done by our trusted and efficient help.
Your are on holidays, so we also want you to simply enjoy & relax. Leave the work to us.

Although it has been already more than 10 years since we have started renting the apartments and our guests have always been very respectful to each other:
You will always find some time to have the swimming pool just for yourself and family/friends.
The swimming pool is heated from half March until the end of November :
The last day of the autumn school holidays, we turn the heating off to reduce excessive energy consumption.
We have hosted lots of families with young children.
For this reason, we are well-equipped and can provide baby beds, high chairs.
It will be our pleasure to help you find the needed solutions to make your holidays with your beloved ones as comfortable as possible.
Please, if you have special requests or demands, inform us immediately after booking so that we can prepare everything for you.
To leave us enough time to clean our properties, we ask our guests to arrive after 16:00.
We are trying our best to be there to welcome you in person as much as we can.
When it is not possible, we ask our help to await you.
In a few rare cases, we will give you the needed instructions to be able to enter the property yourself.
The official Check-in time is between 16:00 and 19:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can drop your luggage and eventually make use of the terraces and swimming pool.
On the other hand, if you arrive later, we will let you know where to find the keys and come great you another day.
Concerning Check-out, you can stay in the property until 10:00.
Afterwards, we must start to clean and prepare everything for our next guests.
When we have no check-in on the next day (and that our help is available on another day) we can leave you some extra time.
We love pets and we know that it is sometimes hard to find a property which accepts them.
In the meantime, it is also hard to leave your hairy friend behind or find someone to host him while you go on holidays.
This is why each of our properties is Pet Friendly.
Of course, we ask our beloved guests to keep an eye on them and not to let them get on the couches and beds.
Having pets walk and play inside or on the terraces always leaves us with extra work to clean afterwards.
This is why we ask for an extra of 30€ per pet.
Since january 2019, all holiday rental owners need to pay 4,40% of the full booking’s price to the region which they belong to.
Tourist taxes are charged as an extra of 4,40% of the total price of the booked nights (this does not apply on the bedlinnen and cleaning fees rates).
